The Employment Tribunals are judicial bodies established to resolve disputes over
employment rights.
|
They are similar, but not identical to courts of law. When the Tribunals were
originally established it was envisaged that employees would represent themselves at
hearings. However, as the area of employment law expanded, the process became more
complex. As a result of this an applicant in person or an un-represented employer may
find themselves out of their depth within the Tribunal.
All the members of the BBH Employment Team have advocacy experience within the Tribunals so you can be sure that our representation is professional and complete.
